We are Future STEM Leaders, a student and youth-led organization striving to spread education opportunities that improve students’ learning environment. Students and teachers worldwide have struggled through the pandemic as the world was forced to go remote. Our team wants to do our part in helping others by giving back to them.

 

After a successful fundraiser, we provided STEM and school supplies to students at a school under the supervision of Helping Haitian Angels. We are organizing another fundraiser for a school in Ecuador. 

 

Ecuador is a developing and third-world country with poor education levels and high levels of poverty. Students in Ecuador are required to provide themselves with textbooks, notebooks, and other supplies they might need for their curriculum unlike in America where public schools usually provide textbooks free of charge to students.

 

We have partnered with an Ecuadorian school named Escuela de Educación Básica Teresa de Jesús Torres. The school has 11 teachers that instruct 175 students from second to tenth grade. Our organization is donating school supplies to this school in order for students to have a smoother learning experience that is not dictated by their financial status. 

 

With your help, these students can have a better education. No matter the amount you contribute, you will be positively impacting the lives of these students! All of the proceeds will be used towards buying and shipping the school supplies to Ecuador. Help us help them.
